Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which account gets Pro?
The one you sign in with, Apple or Google. Sign in with that same account anywhere and Pro is already there.
Is it really unlimited?
There's no daily limit. Each file can be up to 4 hours and 500 MB. For anything longer, split the recording into parts.
What happens to my recordings?
We transcribe them, then delete the audio. Your transcripts are saved to your account so you can find them later, and you can delete them any time.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.
